This is the final pic in this break series. Although six inches is not an easy break, I plan to break ten inches in the near future. I'll post the pics when I have them.

I decided to hold off on the ten inch board break, and go for the four inch concrete break. I broke these four inches with a iron palm heel strike.

I have just included this pic to show the composition of these blocks. These are made of brown pressed concrete with reinforcing pebbles.
